Ecommerce Business Solutions is an Amazon marketplace agency. We provide PPC management, account management, listing optimization and related services to brands selling on Amazon.

We are the party responsible for the information described below. For anything on this page, including requests to see or delete your data, email info@ecombusinesssolution.com. It is the fastest route to a person and the one we monitor.

Our contact form and free audit form ask for the following. Only your name and email address are required; everything else is optional.

• Whatever you write in the message field

We also record which page you submitted from, so we know whether an enquiry came from the contact page or the free audit page.

Where it goes. The form sends this straight to our own inbox as an email, through a delivery service called Resend. We do not run a database of enquiries and we do not add you to any mailing list. Your enquiry lives in our email, and nowhere else.

Why we are allowed to. You asked us to get in touch. We use what you send solely to answer you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.

Nothing in this section happens unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of these scripts are loaded at all. They are not fetched and then switched off. They are never fetched.

Google Analytics

Tells us which pages people read, roughly where in the world they are, what device they use, and how they found us. We also record when someone submits the contact form, so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries. We use this to decide what to write and what to fix. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel records the pages you visit here and whether you submitted the contact form, and shares that with Meta. This lets us measure whether our ads work, and show ads to people who have visited this site.

One part deserves a direct mention. A Meta feature called Automatic Advanced Matching can take contact details you type into our form, such as your email address, scramble them into an irreversible code in your own browser, and send that code to Meta so it can match you to a Facebook account. Meta does not receive your email address in readable form, but it does receive enough to recognise you. Declining cookies prevents this entirely.

Performance and hosting

Regardless of your cookie choice, our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, which are needed to serve the site and defend it from abuse. We also measure page loading speed. This measurement sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Changing your mind

Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can change it whenever you like using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Declining after having accepted stops the tracking scripts immediately.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The companies below process it on our behalf, or because you consented to it.

These companies are based in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your own country.

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as they are useful to the working relationship, and we delete them on request. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to Google's and Meta's own retention periods, which we do not control.

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ecombusinesssolution.com and we will deal with it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not charge you.

If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with similar rules, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask for your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Withdrawing cookie consent takes one click via Cookie settings and needs no email.

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Nobody is ever asked for a password, payment details or any financial information anywhere on this website. If a page appears to ask for those, it is not ours.

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we add or remove a tool that handles visitor information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how cookies work will also reset the banner, so you get to choose again.
